This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on The Ensemble Theatre website. On our E-Mail alert registration page, you can register to receive regular e-mail updates from the Theatre. The types of personal information collected on this page are:

For example, we may tell a corporate sponsor that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of people from cities other than Houston filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

How to Remove Yourself From E-Mail Alerts
You can request the removal of your email address and related personal information from our contact list by following the “remove yourself from receiving future News Release Alerts” link on the E-Mail registration page.

Alternatively, every E-Mail Alert sent by The Ensemble Theatre contains “opt-out” instructions at the bottom of the email that explain how to contract us to remove your e-mail address from our database.
