The Ensemble Theatre is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. While The Ensemble earns significant revenue through ticket sales and program fees, these proceeds account for only 40% of the Theatre’s operating budget. Individual, corporate, foundation and government support are essential to The Ensemble’s continued success. All donations to the Theatre are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

Annual Fund
Join The Ensemble’s Circle of Friends annual giving society with a gift of any amount. Donations are accepted throughout the year and may be spread out over time. Many companies also match employee’s gifts to The Ensemble. Contact your employer to learn more details about this opportunity to increase the impact of your personal gift.

Underwriting
Underwriters of our Mainstage plays, Performing Arts Education programs and special events may select from a menu of benefit packages that include name recognition, tickets to performances, the use of Theatre facilities for an event or meeting, and named scholarships.

In-Kind
The Ensemble benefits from a variety of donated materials, supplies and professional services throughout the year. Everything from office supplies to hand tools, from fabric to paint, and from printing to catering service donations help support the Theatre’s operations.

The Ensemble is in great need of a panel van, digital still and video cameras, and working computer hardware.

The Ensemble Theatre gives thanks for all of its generous donors. Donations valued at $1,000 or more will be listed under Sponsors and Supporters in all of our Playbills throughout the year, unless we receive a anonymity request.
